We ship from Germany, Europe.
Please be aware that orders to the UK above £135 may be subject to import taxes and duties. We highly encourage you to place orders below the £135 threshold. These charges are issued by your country's national import office and are not controlled by Feelgrounds. You may be asked to pay these once your order arrives in your country. If you are in doubt, please consult your country's customs office website for further information.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The items have to be unworn/unused to be eligible for a return.
Please note: You can only return your order for a refund. If you want to exchange your item(s), just place a new order.
You will be responsible for the cost of your return. You have the option to use our prepaid returns label for a fee of £10.00 (which will be deducted from your refund) or use a shipping provider of your choice.
If you decide to return all ordered products, we will refund the outbound shipping costs along with the value of the returned product(s). If you go for a partial return, the outbound shipping costs will not be refunded.
Any returned item not in its original condition or packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be applicable only for a partial refund.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, socks whose original packaging and/or plastic tab has been opened or removed (due to hygiene reasons)

Step 1
Register your return at feelgrounds.com/returns.
Our return address is located in Germany and will be communicated to you in the returns portal and by email.
Step 2
Send your clean and undamaged item(s) back to us in the original packaging.
Step 3
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time to receive your refund.
Ordered via PayPal?
For customers from certain countries, there is the possibility to get a (partial) refund of the paid return shipping cost from PayPal when the order has been paid via PayPal. Learn more.
